I used Mr. Hopson for the sale of my home in Tennessee in the mid 2000s, and my experience was very good. Jimmie helped me navigate the sale of my TN home as I'd already moved to IL for work. This was my first home sale, so getting the extra hand-holding through the process was necessary and very much appreciated. When it came time for my sister sell my parents' home that was part of a revocable trust, I didn't hesitate to recommend Jimmie as our agent. They'd met him during the sale of my first home and were impressed with his honesty. We were all happy that, when we reached a roadblock outside his field of expertise, he let us know so we could get the appropriate guidance. Also, when we had issues with the sewer line from the street to the house, he gave us assistance on how to move forward. When we ran into issues with the insurance company but finally got things to where the necessary repairs would be made. Jimmie made this better by giving us a thumbs up on the contractors the insurance company proposed for the work, as he'd worked with that company before. That was invaluable to us as we navigated selling our family home and the wishes our parents had for the home. I will continue to recommend Jimmie to others who may need an agent.

Purchasing your first home is a very important milestone and Mr. Hopson went out of his way ebery day to ensure that it was memorable and special experience. Mr. Hopson treated our experience as we were the only clients that he was working with. He emailed, texted, called and kept us informed each and every step of the way. Mr. Hopson communicated what was happening every day and as oftened as things progressed. We NEVER had to wonder what was happening. He never made us feel that we were not first or that we asked questions too many questions. Mr. Jimmie was awesome! I was referred to him and his service delivery was very professional, prompt, timely, and very thorough. He answered my calls and would call me back immediately if he missed my call or would send me a message when he could get back to me. He was very approachable and open which is very important to me when I'm doing business with someone. His work ethic was not slack at all, and he does real estate "full time" which helps out a lot because I didn't have to worry about missing potential deals and it didn't hold up my personal life.
