Upon meeting with Jimmy Hobson, he immediately suggested things we could do to improve our chances at a quick sale. Our house buying/selling experience had a lot of bumps in the road (builder late finishing pushing our sell into the end of year dead time, another builder building wrong house, lowball offers, unqualified offers, etc.). Between building the new house and selling the old house, this was a two-plus year effort. Jimmie Hopson provided excellent service and was always proactive as we had a location issue with our old house that made it undesirable to most people. Jimmie's optimism never wavered and he sold the house for asking price. Jimmie's advise and guidance was so valuable to us. At the closing of the old house, Jimmie arranged a financial maneuver that literally saved us tens (plural) of thousands of dollars. We consider Jimmie Hopson to be not only an exceptional realtor, but a man of character and decency, and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to deal in real estate transactions. He certainly earned a 5-star rating.
